| Abstract | Cancer immunotherapy has generated tremendous breakthroughs in recent years. However, major obstacle exists in current immunotherapies. Only a small fraction of cancer patients benefits from immunotherapies. Prof. He’s group will present their recent research on the role of new class of immune checkpoint receptors/cytokine pathway in cancer immunotherapy. They will discuss their recent clinical trial results using personalized vaccination in treating advanced solid tumors. Their findings highlight the importance of translation from bench to bedside.
