Research Interests
My research is in systems biology and mathematical physiology, constructing mathematical and computational models to describe biological and physiological processes. I use mathematical models of cardiac electrophysiology and uncertainty quantification techniques such as Bayesian modelling and machine learning for studying pharmaceutical drug safety, translation, drug discovery, and personalised medicine.
