A delegation led by Zhiyong ZHANG, President of the Guilin Medical University visited FHS on 1 Mar. They were warmly received by FHS Dean Chuxia DENG, Prof. Hanming SHEN and Prof. Yutao XIANG.
The delegation toured the Animal Research Core and the Proteomics, Metabolomics and Drug Development Core. During which, Senior Instructor, Dr. Li WANG and Operation Manager Joshua CAI expounded to the guests on the facilities and services provided by Cores.
Subsequent to the lab tour, Prof. Deng shared the latest developments and the research achievements of FHS with the delegation. Prof. Shen and Prof. Xiang introduced the admission requirements of the Faculty. Both parties had a discussion on establishing joint study programmes, student exchange programmes and cooperative research projects, and expressed their intention to develop close friendship and collaboration in the near future.
