The 10th Anniversary of University of Macau Faculty of Health Sciences
Logo and Slogan Design Competition

In celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Faculty of Health Sciences in 2023, the“10th Anniversary of University of Macau Faculty of Health Sciences Logo and Slogan Design Competition” is launched. The selected entries may be used in the promotional materials and souvenirs of FHS for its 10th anniversary celebration. All FHS students, staff and alumni are most welcome to provide a creative design for the anniversary slogan and logo for celebrating the important milestone of FHS.

Entry Requirements

Logo and Slogan Competition
Theme: With the number “10” as the theme, participants have to show the vision of FHS, to express their blessings and expectation of the future development of FHS through their competition entries.
Participants:
  • FHS Students
  • FHS Current Staff
  • FHS Alumni
Deadline: 31 October 2022
Logo Design Slogan Design
Requirements:
  • Resolution: 300 dpi
  • Pixel: at least 1920 x 1080 px
  • Format: no larger than 50 MB JPEG
  • A brief description
    (< 200 words, in Chinese/English)
  • In Chinese AND English
    (< 20 Chinese characters)
  • A brief description
    (< 200 words, in Chinese/English)
Submission:
  • Format: ZIP or RAR file （include design and design concept）
  • Naming: Full English name on ID card (Example: “wongsioman.zip”) （including ZIP/RAR file and all design files）

Points to note:

  • A participant can participate in both logo and slogan design competitions. Only ONE entry can be submitted for each competition.
  • If a participant submits more than one entry, only the last one will be accepted.

Judging Criteria

All entries will be assessed by a judging panel comprised of representatives from different areas of FHS on the following criteria

  • Logo Design: Relevance to the theme, creativity, originality, aesthetic quality and depth of meaning.
  • Slogan Design: Relevance to the theme, creativity, originality, rhetoric and depth of meaning.

One Champion: MOP1,500 MOP1,000
One 1st Runner up: MOP1,000 MOP500
One 2nd Runner up:  MOP500 MOP300

* Awards will be presented in supermarket coupons with equivalent value stated in the table above as well as a certificate.
