The Student Association of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Macau recently organised an informative seminar to support students aspiring to study abroad. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from numerous students, aiming to provide valuable insights and guidance on various aspects of studying overseas.

Yuchong LIU, the head of the educational institution, shared his experiences in studying at Washington University in St. Louis and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a speaker. He offered detailed explanations on topics such as selecting institutions, choosing majors, preparing application documents, and more. He also emphasised the importance of proactive preparation and resilience.

The seminar also underscored the need for students to leverage the rich academic resources available at the university. The students were encouraged to active participation in research projects and academic exchanges to broaden international perspectives. The interactive session allowed students to engage directly with the speaker, posing questions and exchanging ideas.
